There are 3 qualifying sessions before the Championship.

  1. Qualifying Session 1 — Fri Nov 17th, 2017 at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  2. Qualifying Session 2 — Fri Nov 17th, 2017 at 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  3. Qualifying Session 3 — Sat Nov 18th, 2017 at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  4. Championship Round — Sat Nov 18th, 2017 at 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM

You DO NOT have to play in each qualifier!!!

QUALIFYING FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP

There are 3 qualifying sessions prior to the Championship Round. To qualify for the Championship Tournament, you must play in at least one qualifying session and be one of the final 15% of players in your session!!! The top 15% of players from each session advance to the Championship Round. You cannot buy your way into the Championship Round! Again, you DO NOT have to play in each qualifier!!!

If you fail to be in the final 15% of your qualifier, you may enter another qualifier. If you do this, your Buy-in will be the same as in your first qualifier of the tournament. YOU MUST produce your player card from the previous qualifier to obtain the same buy-in price. No exceptions. DO NOT SIGN UP TO PLAY IN MORE THAN 1 SESSION!!!

PROMO CODES

Help us promote the tournament and receive a discount for doing so!

When reserving your seat on-line, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive the email confirmation, you are NOT registered! You will also receive a PROMO CODE. Give this code to your friends. For each friend who reserves a seat on-line and uses your PROMO CODE, you will receive a $5 discount off your buy-in.

Example: 20 friend X $5 each = $100 DISCOUNT. YOU PLAY FREE!!!

BUY-IN, RE-BUY & ADD-ON

  • Discounted Buy-in if you sign up early!!! But if you walk-in, it is $135 at the door.
  • $80 Re-buy by the end of first break (ONE ONLY)

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

Receive a discount on your Buy-in for reserving your seat early!!!

The deadline is April 23rd for SEAT RESERVATION discounts.

  • Reserve a seat before 09/24/2017 for a Buy-in of $100 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 09/25/2017 - 10/01/2017 for a Buy-in of $105 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 10/02/2017 - 10/08/2017 for a Buy-in of $110 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 10/09/2017 - 10/15/2017 for a Buy-in of $115 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 10/16/2017 - 10/22/2017 for a Buy-in of $120 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 10/23/2017 - 10/29/2017 for a Buy-in of $125 at the door
  • Reserve a seat between 10/30/2017 - 11/12/2017 for a Buy-in of $130 at the door
  • After 11/13/2017 you must walk-in and pay $135 at the door.

Those without a seat reservation may walk-in and play by paying $135 at the door.

PAYMENT

The Charity Gaming Division of Indiana does not allow us to accept credit cards as a method of payment for playing in our tournament. WE ACCEPT CASH ONLY! YOU MUST PAY YOUR ENTRY FEE AT THE DOOR IN CASH. However, you can save money by reserving a seat before the tournament. We will maintain a record of your reservation and you will be charged less at the door for your entry based on how early you reserved your seat. If you reserve a seat and do NOT play, your credit card will be charged $25. But if you do play, your credit card is not charged anything.
